想問下42級上的20MM炮是不是已沒有了?

有沒有HMS YORK左舷的細節照片??

我有右舷的圖片, 對比一下說明書, 很大分別............龍真是...都不更新一下..........

I am kind of an expert on T42s, having built three of them and now working on two more!

For batches 1 and 2, there were initially an Oerlikon 20mm gun on each side of the bridge. They were changed into BMARC GAM B01 guns in late 90s, having a much faster rate of fire and range

For batch 3, there were initially 4 20mm guns- 2 GAM B01s on bridge wings and 2 Oerlikons on a tower like structure at the end of the superstructure. The aft guns can actually fire both forwards and backjwards, being perched on the tower and having a great field of fire. This part is included in the Dragon T42 Batch 3 kit (A8). However as the T42s gained weight over the years, the aft guns were removed and not replaced. Thus the GAM B01 on each brige wing are now the only light guns. The "tower" structure was modified and now has open sides with a rack for fuel cans pf the RHIBs

P.S In the Oerlikon days the bridge has ordinary railings. Now they have helo-net type of railing as shown on the photos (this is provided by WEM in their photoetch)

Hope this all helps. The Dragon HMS York kit is SO OBSOLETE! It had not changed from the old HMS Manchester kit. Note that there are lots of modifications needed to make a 2007 model. The major ones are

1) Need to build a hut between the funnel and mainmast- this initially housed the type 675 jammers but was later removed. It was not included in either kits

2) None of the ships now have torpedo tubes, there were removed because the ship is overweight

3) The platform for SCOT antennae is elevated one level higher than in the kit (which is correct for batches 1 and 2)

4) The stern and helo deck of batce 3 have square corners, not round ones in the kit

I can provide at least a dozen more corrections !

Almost forgot- you need good port side photos! These are from HMS Edinburgh but the two ships are identical with regards to 20mm gun mountings

IPMS的開盒報告指出,DML的Premium Ed. D92 Liverpool,雖然盒面繪畫出比較近期的D92,但模型的形態依舊係該艦82年剛服役時期,差異處係模型冇方陣/密集陣,救生艇仍未更換為充氣式那種,我唸應該係該模型套件原本開模的設定就是如此,而DML沒打算過更改(DML只專注出坦克),當然文中也提及,此Premium Ed.沒說明是D92的什麼年代,而且商家習慣引用"boxart may vary from the actual product"等語句
